Take a relaxing ride on our scenic mountain trails. This is the perfect setting for pictures to remember your experience riding the Rocky Mountains.

Our 1 hour ride is perfect for young children and beginner riders.

The 1.5 hour ride and the 2 hour ride include a fun river crossing (weather permitting) and more scenic views.

For a longer adventure take one of our 3 hour or four hour rides (several river crossings).

Ask us about our Pony Rides for very little kids.

Staying with us overnight and need a place for your horses? No problem.

We have two options:

  • For guests that are staying at the lodge (cabins, lodge rooms and condos) we have eight 16’x16’ outdoor, uncovered horse paddocks located at the barn next to the main resort building. These paddocks are self care, self clean and are designed for one horse each. We have running water and water tubs available. We provide a wheelbarrow and a poop fork to clean up the paddocks. Cost is $30 per horse per night. Please make your lodging reservation first at Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch
and then call the stables at (970) 232-8326 to reserve your horse corrals.
  • For guests that are camping we have eight campsites that have outdoor corrals next to the campsite. All horse camping is dry camping but the river runs right by the campsites and provides clean water (bring your own buckets). All paddocks are self care, self clean and are designed for two horses each. Keep in mind that the closest feed stores are located in the city of Fort Collins, about a 1-hour drive away. We provide a wheelbarrow and a poop fork to clean up the paddocks. Cost is $30 per horse per day and $20 per second horse in the same corral. Please book your campsite first at Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch and then call the stables to reserve your horse corral (970) 232-8326. No corrals guaranteed without reserving the campsite first. 2 horses per site. Additional horse boarding available at barn (see above).

No Coggins required if you are coming from inside the state of Colorado. Bring your own feed and hay. Weed free hay is NOT required. Closest feed store is Fort Collins.

Horse corral reservations require a half down payment. Cancellations or date changes up to two weeks before your stay have a $25 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations within two weeks of your stay cost the price of your deposit.
